Anastasia Grishkova is an associate in BJTK’s Finance & Restructuring team. She advises clients on a wide range of financing and restructuring matters. Anastasia has extensive experience with debt and equity financings, distressed M&A and the negotiation of complex loan documentation. With a background in both finance/restructuring and litigation, she combines sharp analytical skills with a deep understanding of transaction dynamics. Prior to joining BJTK, Anastasia spent 6.5 years as part of the Finance & Restructuring team at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
