Associate (attorney-at-law)
Boyd is a member of the corporate transactions team of BJTK and is specialised in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, such as private equity transactions and joint ventures. He also advises on various topics with respect to corporate law. Before joining BJTK, he worked at HVG Law and gained experience at Allen & Overy in Amsterdam.
