Maurits is the Managing Director at BJTK. He is responsible for the daily operations and strategic development of the firm. His focus lies on innovation, business development, and further strengthening BJTK’s market position, including retention. Additionally, he plays a key role in optimizing internal processes and fostering (personal) leadership within the firm. Before joining BJTK, Maurits worked as an HR manager at a mid-sized law firm.
