Merger April 2022 - Madoqua Ventures, a Dutch-Portuguese project developer, and Power2X, a Dutch project developer, have entered into a joint venture with Danish investment fund Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to finance and build MadoquaPower2X: a EUR 1 billion industrial-scale project for the production of green hydrogen and green ammonia. BJTK advised Madoqua Ventures.
