Sale February 2024 - OEG Renewables, a UK-based services company that provides specialist services for offshore wind farm development, construction, operations and maintenance, has acquired Marine Coordination Services, a Dutch company that provides marine coordination and offshore project services. Sale August 2023 - Eucon Group, has acquired a majority stake in automotive consulting firm Aurelis Consulting, specialized in the automotive aftermarket and a provider of strategy and digitalization consulting in this segment. BJTK advised the selling shareholders.

Sale July 2023 - Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), A Canadian investment firm, has acquired a majority stake in Power2X, a Netherlands-based project developer and new energy strategy consultancy. Power2X, headquartered in Amsterdam, functions as a strategic advisor to energy players, assisting them in shaping their new energy future. BJTK advised Power2X.

Sale June 2023 - Translumina, a German interventional cardiovascular device company with manufacturing presence in Germany and India, has acquired Blue Medical Devices, a Dutch medical devices company, from Wellinq, a Dutch high tech company developing, manufacturing and selling medical devices. Sale June 2023 - EPSA Group, a France-based business performance consulting and operations performance firm has agreed to acquire AB&C Groep, a Netherlands-based management and consultancy company from seller Gate Invest. BJTK advised Gate Invest.

Sale May 2023 - Cox Enterprises, a US-based communications company, through Mucci Farms, a Canadian company with a network of thousands of acres of indoor grown fruits and vegetables, has acquired Boem Berry Farms, a Canadian farm growing strawberries. BJTK advised the selling shareholders.
