Sale April 2025 - Topicus Healthcare, a Dutch healthcare software provide, has acquired DEARhealth, a healthtech company focused on care innovation across primary, secondary, and tertiary care. The acquisition supports Topicus’s ambition to further innovate its healthcare services and strengthen its position in the sector. BJTK advised the shareholders of DEARhealth.
Acquisition January 2024 - Performation, a medical tech company and portfolio company of private equity firm Gilde Healthcare, has acquired ZorgKeuzeLab, a Dutch medical tech company. BJTK advised Performation and its founders.
Sale April 2022 - Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a Dutch software company, has acquired Convenient, a Dutch software company, the mother company of Intramed. BJTK advised Convenient.
Financing Round July 2020 - Siilo has attracted USD 10.5m in a Series A funding. The funding is led by Berlin-based digital health VC Heal Capital, with participation from Philips Health Technology Fund and EQT Ventures. BJTK advised Siilo.
