Sale February 2022 - Coolblue, a Netherlands-based online retailer, has acquired Plotwise, a Dutch AI-based route optimization platform for last-mile home delivery. BJTK advised (the majority shareholder of) Plotwise.
Financing Round June 2021 - Getir, a company that offers superfast deliveries of groceries in Turkey, has raised USD 555 million in a Series D funding round. Getir's Series D round was led by existing investors including Tiger Global Management, Sequoia Capital and Revo Capital, joined by Silver Lake, ADQ, DisruptAD, Winter Capital and Mubadala Capital. BJTK advised Winter Capital.
