Acquisition June 2023 - Cellnex, a Spain-based operator of 24 towers and 750 masts for radio, television, telecommunications and data storage in the Netherlands, has acquired Broadcast Partners, a Dutch company known for its expertise in comprehensive broadcast solutions. BJTK advised Cellnex.
Sale January 2020 - Cinven, an UK-based international investment firm, has acquired a stake in Barentz from its shareholders. Barentz is a Dutch distributor of ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, care and feed industries. BJTK advised several selling shareholders.
