Acquisition November 2023 - Bright Digital and Vet Digital, both providing HubSpot consultancy, website and CRM development and digital marketing services have merged with the support of DELTA Equity Partners. BJTK advised DELTA Equity Partners.

Acquisition June 2023 - Cellnex, a Spain-based operator of 24 towers and 750 masts for radio, television, telecommunications and data storage in the Netherlands, has acquired Broadcast Partners, a Dutch company known for its expertise in comprehensive broadcast solutions. BJTK advised Cellnex.

Acquisition October 2022 - Greenwave Sustainability Partners, a joint venture between Patronale Solar and KiesZon, has acquired a PV-plant portfolio with nine solar projects with an approximately capacity of 38.5 MWp in the Netherlands, from International Solar, a Dutch supplier of Solar energy equipment.
