Acquisition March 2023 - SPA Capital, a Dutch venture capital company, has acquired Blue and Red, a Dutch software company that is active worldwide in the Digital Signage, Room Management and Workspace Management sector. BJTK advised SPA Capital.

Sale March 2023 - Doctolib, a France-based ehealth company, has acquired Siilo, a Dutch messaging app for healthcare professionals in Europe. BJTK advised Siilo.

Financing Round October 2022 - Axelera AI, a Dutch company that develops a game-changing hardware and software platform for AI, has raised USD 27 million in a series A investment round. Financing Round August 2022 - Cooll Sustainable Energy Solutions, a Dutch company that develops and commercialises a thermal heat pump, completed its investment round. Financing Round April 2022 - Vaayu, a Berlin-based climate tech startup, has raised USD 11.5 million in Seed Round led by Atomico, a London-based venture capital firm, with existing investor CapitalT following on. BJTK advised CapitalT.

Sale March 2022 - Sunrock has acquired 100 solar panel installations from Zonnegilde, a specialist in the field of solar panel projects for businesses and Energiefonds Overijssel, a venture capital firm owned by the province of Overijssel. BJTK advised Zonnegilde and Energiefonds Overijssel.

Sale February 2022 - Coolblue, a Netherlands-based online retailer, has acquired Plotwise, a Dutch AI-based route optimization platform for last-mile home delivery. BJTK advised (the majority shareholder of) Plotwise.

Financing Round June 2021 - Getir, a company that offers superfast deliveries of groceries in Turkey, has raised USD 555 million in a Series D funding round. Getir's Series D round was led by existing investors including Tiger Global Management, Sequoia Capital and Revo Capital, joined by Silver Lake, ADQ, DisruptAD, Winter Capital and Mubadala Capital. Financing Round July 2020 - Siilo has attracted USD 10.5m in a Series A funding. The funding is led by Berlin-based digital health VC Heal Capital, with participation from Philips Health Technology Fund and EQT Ventures. BJTK advised Siilo.
